Location sharing
Does a person dot move when they are moving ? Or is it possible for the person to be sitting still and the dot move. ?

Both parts are possible. If the person is at an address and just sits still with their iPhone, then the blue dot will easily be able to move a little bit, even if Location Sharing is "Live" - it depends a lot on how the connection is. Of course. If it's live and the person moves away from the address, then it's pretty certain that the phone (and the person) is moving.
