external Drive NTFS problem

whenever i used to connect my external drive which is in NTFS file system, it used to automatically appear on finder. but since i install the iboysoft NTFS for mac app, it doesn't show up in finder. I couldn't even mount the disk in disk utility which shows com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter+errore+49223). i tried to check my external drive in system information USB and it shows the file system is now iboysoft_NTFS instead of just NTFS. i already uninstalled the iboysoft app but still i am facing the same problem. my external drive is not appearing on finder as before. Can someone please help me out?

I couldn't find FILESYSTEMS under my LIBRARY folder. I tried , installing iboysoft ntfs for mac again and through that app i tried mounting the external hard drive and its successful so seems like iboysoft changes some file systems on my mac which makes it integral part to open the external hard drive. without iboysoft, my external hard drive seems useless. PLEASE HELP...

SMB File Sharing:

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click Sharing on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)

Turn on File Sharing, then click the Info button on the right.

Click Options, then select “Share files and folders using SMB.” If you’re sharing files with Windows users, select the On checkbox for each user who will share files from a Windows computer. You may need to enter the password for that user’s account. Click Done.
