No Airprinters found after update to 16.3

Yesterday I printed several documents in the morning. Mid afternoon I updated my cell phone to 16.3 after the update no air printers found.

I can still print from my iPad, my Mac and my Windows laptop -just not the phone.

I have reset my network settings, reset all my settings, reset my printer, turned both devices off and on. I’m not on airplane mode. I’m not on Bluetooth. I am using Wi-Fi as always but even with Bluetooth on still not able to print.

I see many other people having this complaint. Is there a solution?

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Although I didn’t listed in my post, I did force restart my phone several times.

i’m also noticing that I frequently get a white page when I click a link. Example, I go to a store website from Safari. Once I see the item I was looking for and click the link to it. I get just a white page.

I’ll then put down my phone and do the same exact thing on my iPad and it works perfectly.

Also, just noticed that only my lock screen and home screen are dark, even though I keep my phone dark. I checked the settings, and it is set to dark screen. Every other page is white.
