You guys are not okay

I just found out through my banking app that I have been paying for iTunes. I never even opened the app until just now to try and figure out how to stop paying. I always declined your offer a a few free months, and was very surprised to see that you took my money. No idea how to contact you, very frustrated. Please contact.

The support article If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support explains how you can check your iTunes and App Stores purchase history, cancel subscriptions, and track possible sources of unrecognized Apple charges you may see on a bill.
