emoji keyboard option missing from list of other keyboard options

There is an Emoji listed under the English keyboard - I just deleted it and looked through the list again and there it was under "Dutch"...so I added it again. This should mean that the emoji keyboard is available but I still don't see it when I use the small version ipad keypad as in Procreate for example where I'm told it should appear as a "world" icon which, when clicked on, brings up some emojis to use in that program although they are different to the ones we normally use...When I use Google a larger keyboard pops up with the usual/normal emoji smiley face showing......

Can you tell I'm kinda new to all things Apple? LOL...

Thank you so much for trying to help...but I won't waste more of your time....having the emojis in Procreate isn't critical...it's just frustrating me that I can't "fix it".

Hi Tom.....yes....from the top to the bottom and all the way back again, several times and very slowly. Emoji is just not there..

It's just odd that other Procreate users have the emoji keyboard but even they haven't been able to sort me out.... Not to worry..when I have time I'll look into again.
