Why is Stage Manager on MacBook Air 2022 so laggy?

Recently, I updated my MacBook Air M1 chip to Ventura 13.1, and started playing around with some Ventura features. I soon realised that Stage Manager was extremely laggy on my MBA. Does anyone know a fix please? Thanks!

FCPX 10.6.5 extremely slow on Mac M1 MAX MBP Hi guys, I'm having big problems running FCPX 10.6.5 on my Mac M1 Max (Ventura 13.0.1). The slightest change like shortening a clip or adding footage takes for ever and even causes FCPX to crash. Unable to work right now. Anyone else having similar problems? Any tips? MacOS Ventura Yesterday I've updated my Macbook M1 Pro to MacOS Ventura. The second my macbook was updated it started having slow down issues. As a photographer I'm using Lightroom classic and I could see the difference before and after the update with slow downs. I've been searching for help guides within this similar issue. Someone in their article mentioned to keep your laptop plugged in overnight so it can process some stuff background, which I did. The next morning I found it unfortunate that it didin't work. Can anyone help me out here?

It's not "laggy" on my iMac Pro or M1 MacBook Air. FWIW, the current version is 13.2.
