Incorrect time zone

The Apple calendar and the Apple World Clock both show Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico as being in the Central time zone. It is not. It is in the Mountain time zone. It appears that fixing this problem must be done by Apple, not by users.

Wrong time zone When I am in Tenerife, time zone must be Canary Island, but sometimes it says the time zone is Madrid sometimes Canary Island. that's a time difference of one hour. it is set to automatic, I have turned off the iphone several times, but it doesn’t help. The iphone is updated to ios 16.6 iphone 14 pro the iphone xs from my husband had the same problem.
