Auto open folder after unzip on my mac

How can I set up Auto open folder after unzipping a file in Ventura 13.1?

It used to happen before I upgraded my system.

If you double-click a zipped folder in Finder, then it results in that folder presence, but does not open it. I can do this as far back as macOS High Sierra and no resulting folder automatically opens following the unzip event.
