I do not know how to fix an app on my watch called, Epsy (it's for my epilepsy logs). When I click on it the response is "Something went wrong". I really need this app to log everything in and help me to remember to take medication. My phone and watch are up to date. Please help me!!
For 3rd party apps, you'll be better off to contact the developer's directly.
It took some digging but I think I found a couple ways for you to try:
Judging from the reviews, it looks like everybody is quite pleased with their apps.
Apple has Medication tracking built into the Health app. You might consider using it until you can get Epsy working properly. I see that Epsy is on a larger scale than just tracking your meds, but maybe the Apple offering can keep you safe in the meantime.
