Face ID & Passcode Missing

I'm trying to set a new passcode for my Iphone Xr. The Face ID & Passcode is missing from the Settings menu.

I have also tried pressing Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions, however it pops up with "Feature not available in this demo"

There is also no option in Settings>General to do a factory reset

Any help would be appreciated
