Fitness plus videos not playing “currently not available.” How do I get them to work? Currently running latest iso for watch and I phone

Fitness plus videos will not play. I’ve subscribed to the app but videos will not play “video can’t play” I have the latest iso for my watch and phone.

We'd recommend reviewing this article for information on using Fitness +: How to use Apple Fitness+ - Apple Support


If that's not working as expected, we'd recommend trying to watch the videos on a different internet connection to see if that changes anything.


You may also want to provide more information about the situation.


Which device and OS version are you using to play the videos? Which model of Apple Watch and iPhone are you using?


Are you streaming the videos from a Wi-Fi network?
