Apple Mag Safe Charger for iPhone 12 Mini Doesn’t Charge

I’m using a standard USB charging module with a USB-C adapter to plug into it. Is that my problem, perhaps?

Your setup may very well be the issue. This will be easy to determine if you just plug in the Apple MagSafe Charger to a 20W USB-C charging module and see whether that works. If that works, then you know the answer to the problem for sure.
