I tried to update my iPhone by connecting it to my laptop. Got an error message saying could not complete the update. Now I can't restart my phone and it is stuck on the image of "plug into a computer?"

iphone restore error My iphone is stuck on a lop where it shows the apple logo, then turns back on again. I have tried connecting the mac and updating and restoring, but both options require an update, but an error message appears saying there is not enough storage on the iphone to install the update.
