Hi, I'm trying to set up my iPhone 14. When it came to the apple id page it was auto-filled with an apple ID that isn't mine. It wouldn't then let me add mine. What have I done wrong? It's brand new from the shop. Thanks!

The very first paragraph of your screenshot tells you why.
You haven't done anything wrong. That phone belongs to someone else. Return it.
I purchased from a retailer, not second hand, the box was sealed!
