wont stay connected to internet Ventura 13.2

Seems to stay connected in Chrome. WTH??? I went back to safari. Walked away for an hour or two ,came back and 'disconnected!! unbelievable.. Now I have worse problems w/ventura. 'Appearance' blinds my eyes w/Light or Dark is too dark. Some of my folder windows or text backgrounds make this machine unusable. Had to turn my brightness Lowww to and turn my room lights off to even type this. I've got to fix this first. .
