My ICloud Back up is 4.4GB full of 5GB storage. The Backup portion is 3.5GB

I have had ALL Backups features turned off on My Iphone XR for weeks. Yet I am still getting warnings of almost full. The Backup portion is taking 3.5GB of the 5GB I have. When I go into settings and Manage Storage> Backups 3.5 GB It shows Backups> No Backups. Documents & Data 0KB.

How do I clear the Backup storage of 3.5GB in one section but none in the Backups???

Hello wallace112,

It sounds like you'd like to manage your iCloud storage and delete your backups. Check out the steps below to make sure that you've followed them exactly to delete a backup.

You can delete old iCloud backups for the device you're currently using, or older devices you might not use anymore. iCloud backups are available for 180 days after you disable or stop using iCloud Backup. Backups that are currently being used to restore a device can't be deleted.

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
1. Go to Settings > [your name], then tap iCloud.
2. Tap Manage Account Storage or tap Manage Storage, then tap Backups.
3. Tap the name of the device whose backup you'd like to delete.
4. Tap Delete Backup > Turn Off & Delete.
5. When you delete a backup, it also turns off iCloud Backup for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can turn iCloud Backup back on in iCloud settings on your device.

You can find additional information about managing your iCloud storage here: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Take care.
