Lost my phone on the bus

Is this possible?

I lost my phone 13 pro 128 GB 30 Jan 2023.

I made lost mode status but still thieves can steal my data and they change IMEI no

Is there any other way that I can Fix.

If your phone is in lost mode, thieves can't get your data. It's not possible to change the IMEI.

No I mistakenly press the link that was sent by Apple (probably thieves) and log into it

the message said your 13 pro is found in somewhere 😭
