Problem receiving mail

I’m on virgin email and forgot my password. When trying to set up new password I keep getting a message saying ‘I cannot use that password’ despite following all the instructions for case size, special characters and numbers nothing works. Any ideas?

I suggest that you contact Virgin email provider support team, explain your problem and ask for their best procedure to reset/change password on their email account.
