download Itunes on Mac Studio

Trying to download Itunes on my Mac Studio but it wont let me. Its says to upgrade and i have the latest IOS already on my system

Mac Studio, macOS 13.2

in more recent version of MacOS, more and more stuff that should be private is locked up tight to be certain it stays Private. You make those authorizations in

system preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy
