Friend is using my phone number for her trusted id
My friend put my number for her trusted number for iCloud. I use this same number for my trusted number. She wants me to give her the code but I am afraid she will be able to view my information
- You should not use your own number as your trusted number. If you have no access to your own iPhone , then you can never get the code and you would be locked out of your account. The trusted number you set should be one you have access to whether tor not you have access to your own devices.
- The code being requested is one she generated for her account, and her account only, it has no ties to yours, and in no way grants her access to your account or data. You should provide her the code being generated to access her account. That is the friendly thing to do. Otherwise if you are not willing to do this, there is no way for her to access her account now.
