Apple Watch Ultra

My Apple Watch Ultra has stopped counting flights of stairs. It worked previously, but has stopped. What can I do to fix this?

Apple Watch not counting steps correctly I have apple watch 7 and its not counting my steps correctly, I'm moving and standing up walking about over 10 hours each day and the blue circle gets filled but steps, I walk 20 steps and the watch counts 1. I need this fixed or to return it
