NOTABILITY NOTES DISAPPEARED

Can someone help me… I purchased the premium app for notability and I was having a hard time importing my files to notability and I read somewhere to clear my iCloud. My iCloud has been full for a while now and I never bought more storage. After clearing iCloud all my notes disappeared from the first 3 weeks of my nursing school…. All my hard work gone to waste. This is so disappointing! I paid for the premium but no mention about it being connected to iCloud…. Will I be able to recover my notes? In desperate need of help please and thank you.
