Without unpairing process, I accidentally removed my apple watch from my apple account.

Without unpairing my iPhone, I accidentally removed my apple watch from my apple account.

When I turned the watch off and on again, it reset just like when you first buy a watch (pairing step). But the apple watch app says it is still paired with the apple watch. So I could not do the pairing process again.

I tried to delete the apple watch app, but it did not let me do it since the apple watch app doesn't allow me to unpair (unpair button in app is not activated). The button is shown in grey color, not red.

I did also log in to icloud on my computer to see if my device is still there, but it was no longer listed.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me out.
