The appleI have a first or second generation HomePod and i went into the hospital,
it got unplugged. I plugged it back but it will only play from my music library; not from thrApple music library. I’spent two hoe on the phone with Apple and guy knew his stuff. I still only get my library

Did your Apple Music subscription expire while you were in hospital? If the subscription expires you need to renew within 30 days to keep the content and playlists, otherwise you start over with only your own local content. If the isn't the issue the in the Home app > Long press on HomePod > Accessory Details > Scroll down to Music and Podcasts > Primary User > Sign out, sign in again.
