Brand new battery still losing power quickly

Old battery was 87% but phone kept losing charge after 4 hours of use. Brand new battery, same problem!

HELP!!!!!

battery loses charge quickly I charge phone to 100% over night. Unplug, phone shuts down says no battery. Plug back in and battery comes back. Happens a lot.
