Iphone 14 plus restarts every 2 and a half minutes I've searched the problem online and it said to update to the most recent iOS update but it restart every 2 minutes so I don't get enough time to update it

Hello ~ Take a lot here by clicking on and working through the steps here…

If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly - Apple Support

Also a forced restart may help…

same here, started today for my iphone 13 mini. I updated my phone to the ios 16 recently (within the last week/two) and its the likely culprit of deprecating my phone... very frustrating. I got this phone so recently.
