Purchased air tag year ago
just Now wanting to use in my luggage
will start to connect Bluetooth but then tells me it’s linked to a different Apple ID. I’ve used mine ( which was purchased with) and husbands neither work. I’ve followed the instructions on how to reset with no luck. Purchased on apple website.
If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in the support article that led you here, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
