Cannot free up space on an external drive.

I have an external hard drive (OWC Express 4M2

Four M.2 SSD) formatted with SoftRaid (Raid 0), which I use connected to my Mac Studio Ultra. Since I was about to run out of space on it, I deleted a folder with more than 100GB of files, but I noticed that the finder didn't update the available space on it. This happened with Monterey but also after upgrading to Ventura.

I tried to do FirstAid with Disk Utility, but everything has stayed the same.

The Finder information on the Hard Disk marks 0 as Purgeable Space.

Do you have any advice?

Can you verify your software is up to date…

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.2
