We did family sharing but can’t figure out how to get purchased music to the shared device.

Launch the iTunes app.
Tap on More at the bottom right.
Tap on Purchased.
Tap on your Husband’s Name.
Tap on Music.
You will be able to download his purchased music in this screen.
