I can't open despite using ITUNES TO RESTORE /update

failed to reset my ipad I have no access to my ipad, somehow the passcode is not correct. I followed the steps on the apple website to restore via Itunes. Itunes finds the Ipad and i get the menus to restore. It seems Itunes is stuck here. it shows already more then 30 min preparing Ipad to restore. On the screen of the Ipad is written: Ipad unavailable. The ipad is connected with USB-C cable to my computer(Windows) i would appreciated your help!!
