Iphone contacts template, and putting Middle name in the middle?

So for context I'm Asian and was reorganizing my contacts, trying to put correct names in the correct fields, titles, nicknames, phonetics, etc. I was trying to put around 7-8 fields for each contact cards, but I'm having trouble with these:

• First name
• Middle name
• Last name

The Contacts app by default displays and sorts First/Last by western convention, and so it displays names in the order of First, Middle, Last.

I tried to switch to Last/First, the Asian convention, but then it displays Last, First, Middle when it should've been Last, Middle, First.

I tried playing around in the Contacts app, Phone app, etc but found no way to fix this.

Also is there a way to create all fields or make a template or any ways to make the process of adding fields easier? Because right now it's a pain.
