File Peek from Tunabelly software

Hi

I have had this problem before som years ago, but now is't back and I can't remember what I did last time.

The problem is that in the context menu in finder, (right click), open with, I find the File Peek option.

I never installed this program so how did it end up at my MacBook Air M2. I have seen solution about enter Library services and delete the item, but that is apparently not a option in macOS Ventura.

Does anyone have any ideas?

TIA

I'm sure you did, but those things have never been handled very well. Few developer do them because no one can find them. So it is a waste time and effort.

It's still there. They just moved everything around. If you search for "services" in System Settings, you'll find it. It is under "Keyboard" at the end. In that pop-up, you'll find a "Services" option in the sidebar. That's where you can disable this item.

If this specific Application was installed on an Older computer you not longer have and a Migration Assist was used setup the New Computer.

The user may have inadvertently Migrated this application to the new computer

This may explain how the application was not Technically Installed on the New Computer it may have been moved in the Migration.

You may consider using this Application to Find where the application is placed on the computer and allow you to remove it .
