When I invite a person using Microsoft Agenda, the response on the invite come by mail but is not updated in my agenda. Why ?
and is there a possibility to update manually my invite so that I can keep track of the responses ?

I think my question is not well understood.
Step by step :
I send an invite from my Mac to a person using Outlook Agenda
He replies me that he will attend the meeting
I receive his answer by mail
But his answer is not showing in my invite
Why
I'm unfamiliar with Microsoft Agenda. However, it has been my observation that Microsoft Exchange and Mac Calendar don't always play well together.
By "his answer is not showing in my invite", do you mean it doesn't show in the event that he has accepted?
I'm using Apple Agenda and the answer from the Windows User is not showing in my Apple Agenda
So yes, the answer is not showing in my Calendar although I received a mail with the heading ACCEPTED : title of the event

What app are you using to send the invitation?
I'm using the calendar app on my phone / macbook and inviting people by adding them in the details of an activity
