Shazam devices sync

Shazam library not syncing across devices on same account. My ipad and iphone have partially different songs inside found. The sync is active and the apple id is the same.

Shazam I can not sync Shazam and Apple Music together. Since I purchased my new iPhone and transferred my data from my old phone. I have tried everything even contacted Apple support and they couldn’t do nothing I’ve been asked by them to contact Shazam direct but can not find a number or a web chat link. Shazam doesn’t sync with my Apple Music Since I reactivated my Apple Music after a short pause I can’t sync anything to my Apple Music. When I go to my music and then options there is no option to sync to Apple Music (see screenshot 1). I’ve re-installed the app, I’m using an iPhone 14 plus with IOS17, have an active Apple Music subscription but no option to sync. When I listen to an a song I can’t do anything since all options are grey (see screenshot 2). I did give Shazam access to Apple music on the app settings (see screenshot 3), Anyone ideas? Thanks in advance.
