Hi please can you tell me if iPhone locked with passcode! Can’t remember code and I take my sim out and put in new phone .will it still be locked on new phone?

The iPhone passcode is not linked to the SIM. If you use the same SIM on other devices nothing will happen

If you are referring to the SIM lock code then the SIM where ever used will always be locked. You need to Contact your Carrier who issued the SIM to you for unlocking the SIM
