email from "iTunes store" re problems with iCloud billing

I have received an email from "iTunes store" (quotation marks included in the original) which says that there is a problem with the payment information for the upcoming payment for my wife's iCloud account. I am not sure what to do about this — the payments have been made for years against the same credit card. Nothing has lately changed in our situation, so I can't see what I should change in the information I gave to Apple — it all worked fine a month ago. As well, I note that this is from the "iTunes store" and I had thought everything had changed over to Apple Music. The email is not an obvious scam (in that it doesn't have the things one usually sees in a fishing attempt) but if it is genuine, I'm not sure what Apple would want me to do. Since I can't ask Apple about this, can someone in the community hazard a guess?

Thank you muguy, you sent me to a section that I didn't know existed. I appreciate that very much. I tried to write this note on the 27th but could not get it to send. I haven't heard anything else from Apple so I am going to assume that whatever changes my wife made to her account have worked.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
