Apple TV 4K cutting out

Hello everyone, I got an Apple TV 4K a couple years back and whenever I’m in the YouTube app whenever I click on a video to watch it’ll start to play and cut out for maybe 1-2 seconds and come back. It always does it whenever I start a video or when ads come up. I notice that when it cuts out and comes back that the picture is different and the colors look better. I’m just assuming that it’s adjusting the picture every time it is doing this. Is it my hdmi cable? I’ve swapped it out it and it still has the same issue. Or maybe it’s just my tv? It’s a 60” LG LED UHD
