I want to switch the location that I'm sharing from my iPhone (on IOS 15) to my MacBook Air (macOS Monterey 12.6.3). I'm trying to follow everything online but when I go on either my iPhone or Mac there is no option under the "Me" tab to change the default device. I have my location services turned on on my Mac. What else can I do?

It is not possible to share your location from your MacBook Air in Find My Friends, so it is your MacBook's location that your connected friends see, instead of your iPhone. It is only possible to share the location from an iPhone or iPad.
If you want to change it, for example to an iPad. Open the Find app on your iPhone, go to Me in the bottom menu. In the My Location section, find From. There you can see the list of the devices that can share your location, for example an iPad - or if you have another iPhone on the same Apple ID.
