The green dot to indicate Camera is being used is always on when no applications are running in the background.
When checked in control centre it says Whatsapp is using camera, but whatsapp is not open.
Tried to turn off Camera access to Whatsapp but still issue persists.
Model: iPhone 14 Pro
OS: 16.3
Please let us know if this is expected.

Close All Apps:
An app is using the camera, somehow. So, hold you finger down in the bottom-middle of your screen, and then swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up each app, one at a time.
