Apple Watch Series 7 Microphone
I am new to this forum but have been lurking for a long time. So my problem is…. I have a 6 month old Apple Watch Series 7 cellular version and randomly the microphone quits working. I have been through every fix I can find on every forum I can come across. I have updated to the latest software (9.3?) and still randomly throughout the day the microphone stops working. The microphone symbol shows in the top right but still does not work. I can’t use Siri, answer calls, voice to text or any function that requires a microphone. The only way to bring the microphone back to functioning is to restart the watch. I have tried it on 3 different iPhones (12 pro, 12 pro max, 14 pro max) and still the same issue. Also I have taken it to an Apple Store (2 hours away) and they verified the problem then sent it to the “repair depot”. I received my watch back with a note saying could not duplicate and lo and behold same problem as before. I contacted Apple again and went through the steps again and they said I had to send it back for repair again. So I did and got the same response (could not duplicate). I will have my watch back tomorrow and I am at a loss as to what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long post. Thanks in advance!
