iPhone locked to dead brother

My brother is now dead and I want to use his cell phone and I need your help for that.

Once you have access to the accounts, see:

Turn off Find My on your iPhone or other devices - Apple Support


How to turn off Find My iPhone on your iPhone

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap [your name] > Find My.

3. Tap Find My [Device], then tap to turn it off.

4. Enter your Apple ID password.

5. Tap Turn Off.
