Download Appstore Connect API Key

I am having problems downloading the Appstore Connect API Key and I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue or knows how to resolve it.

I have admin access and can see the "Keys"-tab in Appstore Connect and I can see the "Download API Key"-button. When I press "download" (in the popup that warns that it can only be downloaded once) the site just loads and redirects to the main menu for Appstore Connect (and no file is to be found in downloads or anywhere else).

I have tried in incognito mode and on different browsers but with the same result each time.

Any ideas are very welcome.
