Music transfer from broken Mac Book Pro to iPhone

I have a broken 2015 MacBook Pro (screen/display). I currently have no other computer. I have about $20,000 worth of music I can’t access. Working off and iPhone. Afore the MacBook broke I had backed up religiously to an external drive. But now I can’t access iTunes and have no computer operating. Is it possible to access my music library without a computer and download it to my iPhone? Thanks in advance for any help.

Not from your external hard drive. Any music purchased from iTunes Store can be download, and music purchased from other sources might be downloadable.
