Spying through iPhone

I’ve read all day and night on this cause I am paranoid and I’m just scared, I downloaded a 3rd party app months ago, like around last year January maybe and I heard that might’ve done something to my phone (j@ilbreak) which i deleted the app then factory reset my phone atleast 10+ times since then, so now I’m worried is my phone back to normal (not j@ilbroken) and if it is still j@ilbroken is it possible for someone to spy on me?
