My battery health isn’t showing in my xr phone

iPhone XR, iOS 16

Then you will need to take it in for repair.


If you don't see your battery health by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health, then either your battery is defective or you had it replaced by a third party repair shop that did not use genuine Apple parts.


If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro
