Hello,
My dad forgot his password for Apple ID. I have tried to reset password at http://iforgot.apple.com. I entered all required OTP's as he has an access to phone number, to device and email. After confirmation I got a message to wait for 2 weeks for call or email from Apple. However, there is nothing happened.
P.S. It is impossible to find support email of Apple to submit my case =(

I could not reset my Apple ID password
