Hi, I recently got a pair of the AirPod pro 2. I have turned off spatial audio, head tracking, etc. and yet sometimes the audio still moves around towards one ear or the other/fluctuates and im not sure if it's a bug or still another setting im missing somehow. I have everything turned off to act like normal audio. Thanks

There are a few different things that could cause this.
Some content can be created to play in stereo mode which would mean it change from one side to the other. To make sure this isn’t the case, make sure Dolby Atmos is turned off as well: About Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos in Apple Music - Apple Support
You can also see if turning on mono audio will help. This combines the left and right channels, so they play the same content. You can learn more about that here: Adjust the mono audio, balance, and phone noise cancellation settings on iPhone - Apple Support
