is anyone know - will I able to purchase iPhone in Dubai airport Apple Store with cash?
Usually in Apple store you can buy with cash only small amounts, and everything else you should pay with the card. But maybe in the airport it’s different?

I have never heard of Apple only allowing small amounts of cash when buying in their stores. If you have encountered something like that then it must be a regional thing or you were trying to spend really, really large amounts. In that case you should contact Apple in the country where you intend to make the purchase.
