My Apple TV 4K box will not turn on I have to unplug the box to restart. This has happened about three times in the last week . What can I do to fix ?

For me it was an issue of the remote no longer connecting with the box, I suspect due to the recent update.

So far, I’ve solved it by re-pairing the remote with the box. I just tried this fix this morning, so time will tell if it’s a long-term solution.

Hold your remote within a few inches of the box, then simultaneously press the back (<) and volume up buttons for several seconds. For me, that has solved it, for now…
