My own personal email account isn’t working it’s saying the connection to the server failed I have tried everything to fix it and nothing is working I am still able to retrieve iCloud emails just not my own personal one.

This is just an idea. You write that you have tried everything. Some email services require a specific "app password" to sign into other email clients.
Have you checked whether your mail provider requires it?
